How to Order
Ordering from Partykins.com couldn't be easier. So avoid the hassle of queing in traffic and traipsing around shopping malls and order from the comfort of your home.
To place an order, simply browse our site and add products to your cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'View Order / Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.
You will receive an email confirming that we have received your order.
The preferred means of ordering from Partykins.com is via our secure online shopping service.
However, we are also pleased to receive orders via fax, email or over the phone.
For fax orders, please use our Fax Order Form and send to our eFax number: 08 448 1533.
For phone orders, please call us on 04 33 88 934 between 9.00am and 4.00pm, Saturday to Thursday.
We are closed on Fridays.
For email orders, please use the form on the contact us page. However, please do not include credit card details on your email for security reasons. Once we have received your order, we will contact you by telephone to arrange payment.
We accept Visa and Mastercard.
We also offer a cash on delivery option for orders with delivery in Dubai. If you wish to pay by cash, please contact us before placing your order.
We can also accept payment by cheque using our Fax Order Form. When paying by cheque, your order will be shipped as soon as the cheque has cleared.
We only process your Credit Card payment once your order is ready to ship.
Product Quality & Safety
We feel very strongly about product quality and safety, especially when it comes to products for small children. All of our products have been sourced from reputable suppliers, many of whom are world leaders in their field. All party products bear the European CE safety mark and have appropriate warnings if unsuitable for small children. All dressing up costumes and dresses have labels with care instructions and warnings to keep away from fire.
When it comes to children's parties, we recommend that only adults inflate balloons and light and supervise the use of candles.

Delivery
Delivery Details
We will deliver your order for party supplies or costumes anywhere in the United Arab Emirates.
For delivery in Dubai the shipping charge is AED18.
For delivery to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras al Khaimah, Fujeirah, Al Ain or Umm al Quwain the shipping charge is AED25.
Cash on Delivery
We do offer a cash on delivery service, however there is an additonal shipping charge for the return service of AED18 for Dubai, AED25 for all other Emirates.
Goods are shipped from our warehouse in Dubai. Orders placed by 12pm will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next working day. Please allow up to 2 working days for delivery from the time of placing your order and up to 3 working days if you place your order over the weekend.
We will send you email confirmation or SMS when your order has been dispatched.
To help our shipping agents deliver your order as fast as possible, please ensure that you include adequate information about your physical address when placing your order. We can not deliver to a P.O Box. Please also include a telephone number that our shipping agent can call should they need to contact you about the delivery.
All deliveries will need to be signed for. If no one is at home, our shipping agent will leave a calling card and ask you to contact them to arrange a more convenient delivery time.
Delivery of Helium Filled Balloons, Air Filled Balloons & Balloon Bouquets
Helium Filled Balloons, Air Filled Balloons and Balloon Bouquets are available for delivery within Dubai between Interchange 1 (Defence Rounabout) and Interchange 6 (Jebel Ali Village) only.
Areas include: Al Bada, Jumeria, Umm Sequiem, Al Sofouh, Dubai Marina, Al Barsha, Arabian Ranches, The Gardens. Balloons are not available for delivery to Silicon Oasis, The Green Community or Downtown Burj Dubai Area. We can not deliver to a P.O Box.
Delivery to Apartment Blocks
We will attempt delivery direct to your apartment, however as many apartment blocks have little or no parking, it is not always possible. If parking and access to the building are restricted, we will ask you to collect the balloons from us outside your building.
If you order balloons at the same time as party supplies, costumes or other items from our store, then there is no additional charge for delivering your balloons. When balloons and other items are ordered together, we'll ship all other items except the balloons to you immediately via courier service. We'll then deliver your filled balloons on the day of your party or event.
Before placing your order for balloons, please check your address is within our delivery area. If your party is on Friday, we will deliver the balloons to you on Thursday. You will need to select the 'high float' option when ordering.

Credit Card Security
Online shopping is fairly new to the UAE, but many UAE residents have experienced the convenience of secure online shopping in their home countries. Understandably, people are concerned about the security of internet shopping and using their credit cards online.
All online transactions on Partykins.com use a secure server, and sensitive information such as credit card and contact details are transmitted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and 128 bit encryption. This means that any information you enter during the checkout process is encrypted to prevent it from being intercepted or stolen by anyone. During the checkout process, you will see a Golden Padlock displayed in your browser window indicating a connection to a secure server.
Your credit card payment will only be processed after your order is packed. We do not store any credit card details once payment has been processed.

We carefully check all items before dispatch. Please ensure that items are in good order when taking delivery from the shipping agent. If you receive any goods that are faulty, please contact us immediately. We will replace any faulty goods at no charge.

We take your privacy very seriously. Apart from providing your delivery and contact details to our shipping agents (for obvious reasons), we will never sell or disclose your information to any third parties. Ever!
We may contact you on the odd occasion to advise you of promotions and new products. If you would prefer us not to contact you, then please check the applicable box during the checkout process. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.
We do not store any credit card details once payment has been processed.

Returns Policy
We carefully check all items before dispatch. Please ensure that items are in good order when taking delivery from the shipping agent. If you receive any goods that are faulty, please contact us immediately. We will replace any faulty goods at no charge.
"Change of heart"
We will gladly accept goods for refund or exchange as long as they are returned to us unused, in original packaging, and in pristine resalable condition within 7 days of you receiving them.
We are unable to accept returns of costumes and dresses if they have been worn due to hygene reasons.
If you wish to return goods, please contact us and quote your order number. We will then arrange for our shipping agent to collect the goods from you at a convenient time. A standard shipping fee of AED18 for Dubai will apply and AED25 for all other Emirates. Please ensure the items are packed appropriately to avoid damage in transit.
Upon receipt of the goods, we will refund your credit card with the value of the goods returned minus the carriage charge (delivery and collection) which is non-refundable.
