Where is your store location?
We are on online retailer and therefore do not have physical store. The benefit is that our online store is open 24/7 and you can shop with us from the comfort of your home or office without the hassle of traffic and parking. You can also see what products without we have in stock at any time, without having to make a wasted visit.
Can I place an order and pay by cash?
Yes, we can accept cash-on-delivery orders. However, there is an extra charge for this service as it involves a 2 way courier charge. Full details can be found on our Delivery Page. Cash-on-delivery orders can be placed over the telephone, fax or by sending an email from the Contact Us page.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders are processed and passed to our delivery agents as quickly as possible. Items are typically delivered within 2 working days of placing your order. However, please allow up to 3 days if your order is placed over the weekend or during a public holiday. Please see our Delivery Page for more details.
I need to receive products urgently, can you help?
Generally yes. If you need to place an order for urgent delivery, we'll do our best to accommodate, but as we use a 3rd party courier company for our deliveries it may not always possible.

Can you deliver helium or air inflated balloons outside of Dubai?
Due to the logistics of transporting inflated balloons, we can only deliver inflated balloons within Dubai between Defence roundabout and Jebel Ali. Please see our Delivery Page for more details.
Do you offer a balloon printing service?
We can arrange printing on Latex balloons only. There is, however, a minimum order qty of 500 balloons with an average turn around time of 4-5 working days. Please Contact Us for a quotation.
Do you organize children's parties?
We do not organize children's parties ourselves, but we do sell most of what you'll need to arrange your own party. Please see our Party Guide for tips and suggestions on how you can plan your child's party at home yourself, thus saving the expense on a party organizer or other more expensive options.
Do you have additional products which are not shown on your website?
All products that we hold in stock are shown on our website.
Can you make or adjust a costume?
No. We only retail costumes sourced from reputable international costumes manufacturers.
Do you sell costumes for adults?
We specialize in retailing children's costumes only. For adult costumes, we would recommend contacting Mr. Ben's Costumes Closet
